My review:
OMG! OMG! OMG! This book was so awesome on so many levels! Really, I fell in love with it from the very first time I read the blurb, but I didn't expect to become obsessed with it!!!
It was such an amazing read! I fell in love with Liam from the very first sentence. Okay, first, it was Paige, I mean, Page was the hearbreaker and one night stand lover. In other words, the bad boy here. And who doesn't love bad boys? But, BUT! then Westbury came into view, the guy who broke poor Josie's heart. The one who regretted doing something so awful. The two of them - Josie and Liam, of course! - saw each other in ten years - TEN YEARS!!!! - just because Mason, their childhood friend died. When he came to Beaumont for the funeral, he wanted to just see that Josie started a new life, happy, married, with a few kids and that she has stopped loving him. Well, from all I mentioned earlier one thing is clear. Josie has a child, Noah, who's father isn't her boyfriend for six years, but the hot rockstar that has left her for his dreams. Realising all the shit he has done, he tries to make up for everything and more importantly, he tries to let Josie know that his feelings for her haven't changed and that he's sorry for being a total ass for the past ten years.
As things are going well between Liam and his son, Noah, things for Josie and her boyfriend aren't. Nick doesn't like the idea of Noah loving his real father and slowly, he starts loving the time when Noah isn't around, making Josie angry with this things.
When the two break up because of the stupid idea her fiance came with, Liam starts making his moves on her, slowly, to let her know that he loves her and wants only the best things for her and their son.
So how I said before, the book was totally amazing! I mean it had everything! Romance - at least enough knowing that the two had to argue a lot for their relationship -, a stupid bitch trying to make her way on Liam's bed and life - Arghhh, I hated her!! - and a lot of fun moments!
Like this one :
“Hey, Josie!”
“What do you want, Westbury?” she yells back. I love how some things haven’t changed.
“Will you marry me?”
Someone kills the music and silence spreads over the field. She moves closer to the water tower and sets her hands on her hips. “If you’re going to ask me, you better do it proper.”
“Yes ma’am.”
God, how I loved this book.
